The end cause is the presence of air in the pump body or the accumulation of air in the inlet pipe, or the unsatisfactory filling and suction of the bottom valve is not tightly closed, the packing of the air extractor is severely leaking, and the gate valve or flap valve is not tightly closed. Solution: First increase the water pressure, then fill the pump body with water, and then turn it on. At the same time, check whether the check valve is tight and whether there is any air leakage in the pipeline and joints. If any air leakage is found, apply lubricating oil or mixed paint to the joint after disassembly, and tighten the screws. Check the oil seal ring of the pump shaft, and if it is severely worn, replace it with a new one. Pipeline leaks water or air. It is possible that the nut was not tightened tightly during installation. If the leakage is not severe, it can be applied to the area where the air or water is leaking, or to the area where the asphalt is stirred. Temporary repairs can be done with damp mud or soft clay. If there is water leakage at the joint, a plate can be used to tighten the nut. If the leakage is severe, it must be disassembled and replaced with a cracked pipe; Reduce the head and press the nozzle of the water pump 0.5m underwater.

  2. Cast iron parts such as the bottom valve and elbow of the sewage pump should be cleaned with a steel wire brush first, then coated with anti rust paint before painting. After drying, they should be stored in a ventilated and dry place in the machine room or storage room;
  3. For belt drives, after removing the belt, clean it with warm water and hang it in a dry and dry place without direct sunlight. Do not store it in places with oil stains, corrosion, and smoke. The belt should not be contaminated with oil, diesel or gasoline under any circumstances, nor should it be coated with viscous substances such as rosin;
  4. Check the ball bearing. If the inner and outer sleeves are worn, the balls are worn, or there are spots on the surface, they should be replaced. Do not use gasoline or kerosene to clean the bearings, apply butter, and reinstall.
  5. Check if there are cracks or holes in the impeller of the sewage pump, and if the fixing nut of the impeller is loose. If there is any damage, please repair or replace it. If the impeller is excessively worn or damaged, it should be replaced with a new impeller. Local damage can be repaired by welding, or the impeller can be repaired with epoxy mortar.The repaired impeller should undergo a static balance test. Check the clearance at the impeller wear reducing ring and repair or replace it if it exceeds the specified value;
  6. Pump shafts that are severely bent or worn should be repaired or replaced, otherwise it may cause rotor imbalance and related parts wear;
  7. Soak the removed screws in diesel, brush with a wire brush, apply engine oil or butter, reinstall or wrap with plastic cloth, and place them in place to prevent corrosion or loss.
